It's January 5th, 2023, exactly five years to the day since I took over at Commerce Street (then, Brewery Creek). How the time has flown!
My first order of business as the new boss five years ago? I took down the sign directing people not to sit at the bar. Because brewpubs are supposed to be places for fun, not rules.
