Reservation Payment & Cancellation Policies
Standard Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking without penalty until one week before your scheduled date of arrival. (For example, if you are due to check in on Friday the 14th, you may cancel before midnight on Friday the 7th.) If you prepaid for your booking, you will receive a full refund.
If you must cancel your reservation with less than 7 days' notice, we will charge the entire amount of your stay to your payment method on file or retain your deposit if you prepaid.
If you book three or more rooms on the same date(s), you may cancel and obtain a full refund by providing at least 21 days' notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. No refunds are available with less than 21 days' notice when three or more rooms are booked for the same date(s).
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
We no longer offer exceptions to our cancellation policy due to COVID-19.
Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
If you made your reservation with an online travel agency (such as Airbnb), you must cancel through the OTA, as we cannot cancel your reservation for you. The cancellation policy provided by your OTA will determine when you may cancel and avoid penalties.
Data Privacy Policy
We collect and maintain certain personal information when you contact us or make a reservation. This information is likely to include your name, contact information, and reservation/billing details.
We do not share this information with other parties except as required to conduct business and as required by law. For example, our booking engine service (Think Reservations) and bookkeeping service may have access to your booking and payment details. Likewise, if you join our email newsletter list, our mailing list service provider (Mailchimp) will have technical access to your provided information.
